1. At what time can we check -in and out?
Arrival: from 15.00 p.m. to 19.30. If you’re in late, please let it know to the Property and calling immediately, because they don’t live there. Departure is normally until 10.00 a.m.

2. To whom could we ask for some information or for any kind of problem?
You can easily ask to the member of our family. They will help you in any case, and they will give all the information you require.

3. Do the owners live in Villa Giulia?
No, they don’t live there, but they are always available and easily reachable for any problem or need. They will make available all the necessary number to contact in any case.

4. Is the price of the apartment per person or per the apartment?
In the High Season, the price is of the apartment per week, in the Low Season during the weekend the price is per person per night.

5. Is heating included in the price?
The heating is not included in the price. It costs 1,80 Euro x 1 hour.

6. Have linens and towels been provided or do I need to bring my own?
YES, linens and towels provide in each apartment for each person. 

7. Are linens and final cleaning included in the total price of the apartment?
No, It is an extra cost, of 13, 00 Euro per person per week.

8. Which are the languages spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, German and France.

9. Can we settle the bill at the arrival?
YES.

10. Are all the apartments on the ground floor?
No, some are on are on 2 grounds: at the ground floor there’s the kitchen, and on the first floor the bedroom and the bath. Other apartments for two persons are on the ground floor.

11. Are there a terrace/court yard belonging to the apartments?
YES, each apartment has an own outside (a garden, a terrace or a court/yard), with chairs and table.

12. Does Villa Giulia offer large common spaces for all the guests?
Yes, it has a huge covered terrace with table and chairs, where you can admire beautiful scenery.

13. Is it possible cooking by own selves or to make a grill?
Each apartment has a well furnished kitchen. Then in the big covered terrace there’s another furnished kitchen with oven and barbecue available.

14. Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
YES.

15. Are there a TV/ telephone in the apartments?
No.

16. Is there a swimming pool on the grounds?
YES, there is a big swimming pool (8x15).

17. Is parking available?
YES, it is available and free.

18. Are there vineyards nearby?
YES, in Incisa Valdarno and in all the Chianti’s area.

19. Are there grocery stores in the surroundings?
YES, the nearest village where you can find a small grocery shop is in San Donato in Fronzano. In Figline Valdarno, there are bigger grocery stores and supermarket, like Coop and Lidl.In Montevarchi there are the commercial center Ipercoop and Lidl.

20. How far are Florence, Siena and Pisa from the estate?
Florence is 32 km, Siena about 70 km and Pisa about 90 km. far from the estate.

21. Which is the most tourist village near to Villa Giulia?
The most important village near to Villa Giulia is Reggello, about 10 Km far. It offers many facilities also for tourists.

22. Which kind of shops and facilities can a tourist find there?
In the village of Reggello we can find the main shops as groceries, pharmacies, supermarket, laundries, libraries and cinema. Then it offers also a sportive centre with tennis, swimming pool and gym.

23. Where is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station is in Sant’Ellero for Donnini direction, and about 10 km far from the estate. Otherwise you can reach Figline Valdarno, where there is the main train station of all the area.

24. How far is the closest village/town?
San Donato in Fronzano is the closest village. It is about 2 km; you take about 5 min. by car, 10 min. by walking.
